The Journey to Karate - First International Competition

It was very excited that my daughter got picked in the Team GB squad as this mean she will be doing competition internationally as this is not what I expect when she start doing Karate.

I must say as this time I have been a very proud mum, as people in her dojo telling me how good she is and one of the little star in her club.

This little star has also won the "best newcomer" of the year at her club annual award in 2015 which caught me by surprise once again that there are people out there do think my daughter is good at karate.  It not I don't believe it but just couldn't expect how good she is at this tender young age.

The first International competition she enter was in Italy and she come back with a Gold in Kumite and Silver in Kata which again another surprise and proud mum.

Bulgaria Competition

Haven't been writing on the blog for a while.  I thought its time to update my daughter latest competition in Bulgaria.

This time it was in the Summer period and had spend a week in Bulgaria which was awesome, the weather, the people, the coaches she trained with was all amazing not to mention the food is also great too.

This time she come back with a Gold and Silver medal which I always proud of her but I think the training was excellent.  The training includes every day 3 hours session in the morning and 2 hours in the late afternoon.
